Pour notre Boutique de Genève, nous recherchons un Caissier F/H en CDD, avec une date d’entrée en fonction mi novembre pour 5 mois.
Intégré(e) au sein de notre Boutique de Genève, vous êtes en charge d'opérer l'ensemble des encaissements.
Vous devez à ce titre respecter les critères de qualité et de service que CHANEL souhaite offrir à sa clientèle, mais aussi véhiculer l'image de la maison dans l'élégance et la simplicité.
Au sein de la boutique, vos principales missions sont notamment de :
-Réaliser tous les encaissements et assurer l'ouverture et la clôture d'une journée de caisse
-Maîtriser et appliquer la réglementation et les procédures internes de CHANEL en matière d'encaissement et de détaxe
-Gérer le fichier client
-Assurer une qualité de service irréprochable en créant une expérience unique pour chaque client tout au long du processus d'encaissement
-Favoriser la collaboration en assurant le partage de l'information
Vous possédez une première expérience réussie en tant que Caissier(ère) dans l'univers de la Mode et du Luxe.
Vous connaissez nos lignes de produits et avez déjà travaillé pour une grande enseigne de luxe.
Particulièrement motivé(e) et intéressé(e) par cet univers, vous appréciez l'environnement multiculturel et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre fiabilité, votre sens du contact et du service.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais, ainsi qu'une autre langue étrangère.
