Manage operations, logistics, and program management for customer VMI programs to ensure accurate and on-time product delivery. Lead service center associates in implementing best practices and coordinating inventory levels with sales and supply chain teams.
Requires at least five years of supervisory experience in operations/order management and five years of experience with VMI or Kanban systems. Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management is required, with fastener industry experience strongly preferred.

This role will report to the Group Vice President
Responsibilities include:
Manage the Operations, Logistics, and Program Management activities associated with the assigned Customer Programs (VMI) to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
LOCATION:
Travel requirements will be limited.
