Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic academic environment? As a Program Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of programming across NorQuest’s Academic Portfolio. Reporting to a Program Coordinator, you’ll provide exceptional student services and administrative oversight, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming experience for students, faculty, and staff.
You’ll work closely with Academic Program Managers, Program Chairs, and faculty members—often independently—to proactively manage administrative tasks and contribute to the success of our programs. Your professionalism and responsiveness will enhance NorQuest’s brand and help create a positive, student-centered environment.

SALARY: AUPE Band Level 6 | Administrative Assistant III | $2,005 - $2,606 bi-weekly reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time term position until March 31, 2027 with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
