The Administrator manages the nursing home's administrative systems, including payroll, staff files, invoicing, and petty cash. They also handle data collation and reporting to ensure the home runs smoothly and supports resident care.
Candidates should possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable, along with a compassionate approach toward older people.
