The associate provides operational support for debit and commercial credit card functions, including processing requests and reviewing reports. They are responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and analyzing transactional risk in accordance with bank guidelines.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and previous banking experience is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to adhere to strict regulatory policies and deadlines.
SUMMARY:
The Card Operations Associate is responsible for performing various operational support duties relating to the WesBanco debit card, commercial credit card, other card related functions. Performs a variety of daily tasks; reviews reports; provides assistance via telephone or email in response to banking center inquiries; processes data entry information through various task related electronic systems; and performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures accurate and timely processing of debit card, commercial credit card, and other card related functions.
Collaborates with peers and leaders effectively.

Performs work within customer service level expectations and key vendor processing timelines.
Performs daily work as defined with accuracy.
Reviews and processes debit card requests, maintenance, research, and customer or banking center initiated requests through various payment processing systems.
Performs transactions within associated compliance and requirements.
Analyzes transactional risk and reasonableness in accordance with bank guidelines.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The wage range for the Human Resources Specialist position is between $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The position includes 17 Days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday.
