The Associate Manager Operations will oversee the planning and execution of devotional programs, including scheduling temples and pandits. They are responsible for driving operational excellence, managing vendors, and ensuring financial and process adherence for all activities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in operations, program management, or logistics is required, preferably within a fast-paced service-based environment.
We are looking for an Associate Manager Operations to drive operational excellence across our devotional services and on-ground execution. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, coordination, execution, and pre-event management of pujas and other religious programs. The ideal candidate is highly organised, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Own the planning and execution of the activity calendars for all temples and pandits, ensuring timely scheduling and seamless delivery.
Coordinate with pandits, vendors, and ground teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of pujas and devotional programs.
Drive central operations by tracking execution, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to standard processes.
Oversee post-puja activities, including documentation, reporting, financial closure, and continuous process improvements.
Support operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Own and implement initiatives to improve overall experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in operations, program management, event operations, logistics, or service delivery.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating field operations is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced B2C, service-based startups is a plus
Strong operational planning and execution capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Close attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and financial processes.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
