The Store Manager is responsible for managing store operations, driving sales goals, and overseeing inventory and budgets. They also lead, coach, and inspire the team to provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store safety and appearance.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Proficiency in operational and financial management is required, and a cosmetology license is considered a plus.

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
