Overview

As an Integrated Media Planner, you will be responsible for crafting and executing holistic media strategies, with an estimated split of 70% digital and 30% offline (TV, OOH, and non-traditional media). You’ll play a key role in turning strategic direction into actionable plans, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery and optimization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Planning

• Develop integrated media proposals, media plans across digital, TV, OOH, sponsorships, activations, etc. when needed
• Support AOP development and join pitches when needed
• Align strategy with client objectives and internal direction

Campaign Management & Reporting

• Monitor and optimize campaign delivery across platforms
• Consolidate campaign reports: weekly performance, post-buy reviews, competitor tracking, and periodic reviews
• Integrate reports from other media or external partners
• Deliver accurate, insightful monthly account-based reports

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure clear, timely communication with both clients and internal teams
• Coordinate workflow with external vendors, media owners
• Support new initiatives or testing with platform partners

Billing & Internal Process

• Ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with internal SOPs

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in a media or digital agency, preferably in Vietnam or similar growth markets
• Solid hands-on experience with platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads; TikTok is a plus
• Understanding of media channels including TV, OOH, and sponsorships
• Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Google Trends, Adobe Omniture
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
• A team player with a growth mindset and sense of ownership
