Key Responsibilities: 

• Contracting & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end contracting process with digital vendors, ensuring all terms are accurately captured and compliant with company and client policies. Maintain a central repository of all agreements and documentation. 

   

• Data Reconciliation: Perform regular and thorough reconciliation of media booking data against vendor invoices and financial reports. Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies by collaborating with Finance, Client, and Vendor teams. 

   

• Vendor & Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for vendors regarding contracts, operations, and compliance matters, while actively building long-term partnerships. 

   

• Process Management: Uphold and refine operational processes related to our partners to ensure maximum efficiency. 

   

• Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital investment spend, compliance status, and reconciliation progress. Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards. 

 

Skills & Experience

Required: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 

   

• 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising industry. 

   

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are non-negotiable. 

   

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 

   

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). 

   

• A proactive, logical approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn the business side of media. 

   

Preferred: 

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a significant plus.

• A foundational understanding of digital media principles.
