Full job description
Design payment solutions that eliminate payment friction between providers, payers, and patients—freeing healthcare organizations to focus on what matters: better care, faster innovation, and increased access at scale.
As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Healthcare Payments, you play a key role in supporting the solutioning process for complex client opportunities, contributing to comprehensive product solutions that drive technical adoption and client value. Apply a consultative approach with clients, assisting in understanding their current and future needs, and guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
Support detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) by gathering client objectives, technical requirements, project complexity, and desired outcomes, while identifying implementation risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Success requires a strong ability to understand and navigate clients through change - aligning objectives, environments, resources and timelines to document and deliver an effective solution addressing the problems faced in today’s healthcare payments industry.
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization

Demonstrated critical thinking skills across various scenarios, seeking guidance when needed.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding system integrations and how different technologies work together.
Demonstrated success with client facing execution - working directly with enterprise clients to close deals and deliver large-scale projects.
Proficient technical knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry, including revenue cycle management, treasury, banking, and patient accounting/financial systems.
Proficient technical knowledge of healthcare payments, integration methods, APIs, and related products, with exposure to the healthcare payments sales cycle.
Experience working at a payments or healthcare IT company.
