Consultants assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights that contribute meaningfully to client engagements. Through interactions with client and project team personnel, consultants build professional relationships grounded in trust, which support exceptional client service. A successful consultant manages time and priorities effectively, takes ownership of assignments, and contributes meaningfully to team outcomes.
With each project, you receive hands-on training in a supportive, high-performance environment and interact with leaders across our practice. Talent Managers will assign specific project experiences that support career growth, your skills, and the needs of the business. A network of advisors will help you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. There are opportunities to join committees, participate in employee network groups, and enjoy social, civic, and networking activities to strengthen connections and build meaningful relationships across our firm and in the community.
