Responsibilities
The Specialist will lead post-approval regulatory activities for strategic growth products, including biosimilars and innovative medicines, to ensure supply continuity and compliance. They will serve as the primary regulatory contact for health authorities and drive cross-functional alignment for lifecycle management strategies.
Requirements
Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical lifecycle management within regulated markets like the EU/UK. A graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences or pharmacy is required, along with strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and CMC requirements.
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we are seeking a Specialist Regulatory Affairs – LCM Strategic Growth Productsto join our Regulatory team.

Serve as the primary Regulatory contact for Health Authorities and internal stakeholders following Marketing Authorisation approval.
Partner closely with the NPI Product Lead to gain expertise in MA procedures, Health Authority interactions, key commitments, and post-approval requirements supporting launch and supply continuity.
Lead post-approval regulatory activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including renewals, variations, maintenance activities, regulatory commitments, shortage notifications, PIP compliance, orphan designation maintenance, and labeling updates.
Act as Global LCM Product Lead for assigned molecules (primarily biosimilars), driving regulatory submission plans, post-approval strategies, and cross-functional alignment across all registered markets.
Collaborate closely with Regulatory SMEs across Biosimilars, Specialty Generics, Innovative Medicines, and Biologics to develop and execute product lifecycle strategies.
Support Scientific Advice activities, including preparation of briefing packages, inspection readiness, and development of post-approval regulatory strategies.
Support market expansion initiatives by leading or contributing to regulatory submissions for approved products entering new territories.
Maintain regulatory handover documentation to ensure seamless transition of responsibilities to Established Products teams where applicable.
Contribute to M&A regulatory activities, including due diligence and integration of acquired assets, particularly products with complex regulatory obligations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting implementation of process enhancements.
Act as process owner for delegated regulatory procedures and governance activities.
Support Health Authority inspection readiness and ensure timely completion of deviations, CAPAs, and assigned compliance actions.
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take accountability for results.
Embrace challenge and change, applying a growth mindset approach.
Have a bias for action and fast decision-making.
Consistent demonstration and embodiment of company core values: Entrepreneurship, Speed, and Integrity.
Drive the spirit of “One Team” by working collaboratively across all business functions with open, honest, and respectful cooperation.
Contribute to making ADVANZ PHARMA a desired place to work.
