Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong understanding of quality management processes and their application within software development.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP Quality Management and other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
