Quel est votre rôle?
Notre développeur doit collaborer avec l'équipe interne de LIDD et les experts en la matière du client pour conseiller, développer et déployer des applications de progiciel de gestion intégré (PGI/ERP):
En conseillant sur l'architecture du système et la conception de la solution ;
Migrer les systèmes existants vers le cloud;
Développer des améliorations pour les plateformes existante ;
Examiner les problèmes et corriger les erreurs;
Déployer des améliorations, des intégrations et des migrations de données;
Au quotidien, vous devrez:
Soutenir le déploiement de technologies dans le cadre de nouveaux projets de déploiement et d'amélioration continue;
Maintenir et optimiser la base de code existante dans un environnement basé sur le travail d'équipe;
Examiner les tickets avec les membres de l'équipe pour l'évaluation et la résolution;
S'appuyer sur les normes industrielles pour développer des personnalisations de systèmes conformément aux meilleures pratiques;
Résoudre les problèmes, maintenir une communication efficace avec la direction technique/les architectes et l'équipe immédiate;
Analyser la source des problèmes, repérer les tendances et recommander des mesures qui minimiseront ou élimineront les problèmes à l'avenir;
Travailler en partenariat avec des collègues pour rechercher des problèmes et trouver des solutions;
Mettre en œuvre, tester et corriger les solutions logicielles.
Pour être qualifié pour ce poste:
Diplôme d'associé ou Baccaloréat en informatique et logiciels, technologie de l'information, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, ingénierie industrielle, distribution OU dans un domaine connexe;
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience pratique dans les applications de progiciel de gestion intégré (PGI/ERP);
Compréhension de base du cycle de développement des logiciels et des techniques d'assurance qualité utilisant les référentiels de contrôle du code source, expérience en matière de débogage et de test;
Capable de travailler en personne 5 jours par semaine.
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit Le bilinguisme est exigé pour ce poste afin de mener des activités à l'extérieur de la province de Québec ;
Considéré comme un aout:
Expérience du déploiement/de la mise en service d'un progiciel de gestion intégré (PGI) ou d'applications similaires;
Connaissance des bases de données SQL;

What’s your role:
Our Developer is expected to collaborate with LIDD's internal team and client subject matter experts to advise, develop, and deploy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications by:
Advising on system architecture and solution design;
Migrating legacy systems to the cloud;
Developing enhancements to existing platforms;
Examining problems and correcting errors;
Deploying enhancements, integrations and data migrations;
Day-to-day you will:
Support the deployment of technologies as part of new deployment and continuous improvement projects;
Maintain and optimize existing code base in a team-based environment;
Review tickets with team members for assessment and resolution;
Leverage industry standards to develop customizations to systems in accordance with best practices;
Resolve issues, maintain effective communication with technical management/architects and the immediate team;
Analyze the source of problems, locating trends, and recommending measures that will minimize or eliminate future occurrences;
Partner with co-workers to research problems and find solutions;
Implement, test and correct software solutions.
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Software, information technology, supply chain management, industrial engineering, distribution OR related field;
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications;
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and of Quality Assurance techniques using source code control repositories, debugging and testing experience;
Able to work in person 5 days a week.
Excellent written and spoken English and French *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;
Considered a plus:
Experience in deployment/go-live of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar applications;
Knowledge of SQL databases;
Knowledge of Web Services transaction, SOAP and REST;
Knowledge of Dynamics Power Platform;
Knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central;
