We operate locally with a fast-paced, startup mindset where we are actively building and expanding our foundation. Reporting directly to the Country Head, you will join our core local team and work alongside two experienced Implementation Specialists. We are looking for a dynamic, highly hands-on and fluent Italian-speaking professional who wants to roll up their sleeves, execute on the front lines, and directly impact the success and growth of our local merchants.
In the role of Implementation Specialist, you will lead technical onboarding projects, helping new customers configure their Base.com account, integrate with their online stores and marketplaces, and get value from day one. You'll act as the trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey and ensure a smooth go-live experience for each customer.
