Siamo alla ricerca di un Solution Architect con esperienza in ambito Data & AI, in grado di progettare e guidare l’implementazione di soluzioni avanzate su ambienti cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
La risorsa sarà coinvolta in iniziative progettuali complesse, con un ruolo chiave nella definizione di architetture, nello sviluppo di applicazioni data-driven e nella guida di team multidisciplinari.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
• progettazione di architetture end-to-end per soluzioni data, analytics e AI
• sviluppo e integrazione di applicazioni custom e piattaforme avanzate
• definizione e industrializzazione di pipeline dati e modelli AI/ML in ottica MLOps
• gestione dei processi di sviluppo e rilascio (DevOps, CI/CD)
• governance delle architetture dati e delle integrazioni tra sistemi
• coordinamento di team multidisciplinari (data engineer, data scientist, cloud engineer)
• definizione dell’indirizzo tecnico e mentoring delle risorse
• pianificazione delle attività e gestione della delivery progettuale
• gestione della relazione con stakeholder business e IT su use case e roadmap evolutive
• supporto a iniziative di pre-sales e definizione di soluzioni progettuali
• gestione di contesti complessi e multi-stakeholder
• scouting e introduzione di soluzioni innovative (AI, Generative AI, IoT)

Per la presente posizione è previsto un range retributivo compreso tra 63.000 Euro e 80.000 Euro + benefits, definito sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere. Il rapporto di lavoro è regolato dal CCNL Commercio; il livello di inquadramento contrattuale e collettivo e la relativa disciplina applicabile saranno determinati in coerenza con l’esperienza e il profilo professionale della risorsa inserita nel processo di selezione.
