KPMG Advisory offre servizi di consulenza alle imprese per supportarle nella trasformazione dei modelli di business, nel miglioramento e nella digitalizzazione dei processi, nell'analisi e gestione dei rischi e nelle operazioni di finanza straordinaria.

Il team Restructuring assiste i clienti nei processi di ristrutturazione del debito e di rilancio industriale, offrendo consulenza finanziaria e supporto nella predisposizione di business plan finalizzati alla stabilizzazione dell'azienda e all'avvio di un cambiamento sostenibile.

I consulenti del team sono coinvolti in attività di:

• ristrutturazione del debito;
• operazioni di fusione e acquisizione (M&A) su aziende in difficoltà (distressed M&A);
• consulenza agli istituti finanziari (lender advisory);

rivolte a multinazionali, imprese familiari, fondi di private equity e istituzioni finanziarie.

Entrando nel team di Firenze, in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, ti occuperai di:

• analizzare le performance finanziarie delle aziende target per valutarne l'effettiva situazione economico-finanziaria;
• sviluppare modelli finanziari (financial modelling) e business plan;
• effettuare revisioni indipendenti dei business plan (Independent Business Review);
• svolgere attività di due diligence commerciale e operativa;
• partecipare alle negoziazioni con i principali stakeholder, in particolare istituti finanziari e investitori;
• supportare operazioni di acquisizione e fusione di aziende in crisi (distressed M&A), insieme a partner industriali, fondi di investimento e altri operatori;
• supportare attività di gestione della liquidità (cash management) e progetti di turnaround aziendale;
• analizzare interventi di riduzione dei costi e miglioramento organizzativo.

Inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa compresa tra € 31.000 e € 41.000, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi con riferimento specifico alle competenze e all’esperienza del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

Questa opportunità è ideale se possiedi:

• 2-4 anni di esperienza in ambito restructuring, gestione delle crisi d'impresa e/o corporate finance;
• una laurea magistrale in discipline economiche con specializzazione in finanza o amministrazione, finanza e controllo (AFC), oppure in ingegneria gestionale con indirizzo finanziario;
• un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente accompagnata da esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero;
• un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.

Our Restructuring services team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions. As a member of this team, known for the quality and scope of its projects, your talent will be put to full use, enabling you to work with leading Italian and international clients: in 2022, for the third time in four years, our team received the Finance Community Award for Italian “Restructuring Team of the Year” in recognition of its professional excellence and the type of projects implemented.

Join our team in Florence, a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will be tasked with:

• analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise;
• financial modelling and business planning;
• independent business reviews of business plans;
• commercial and operational due diligence;
• negotiation with the main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and investors);
• distressed M&As (with industrial partners, investment funds, etc.);
• cash management and turnarounds;
• cost cutting analysis and organizational improvement.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• 2/4 years of experience in restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance;
• specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance);
• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
