Collision Consultant
Help Shape the Future of Safe, OEM-Certified Collision Repair
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Collision Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to OEM-certified collision repair facilities. In this role, you will partner with repair centers to ensure they consistently meet evolving OEM repair standards, implement best practices, and deliver safe, high-quality vehicle repairs.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide consulting, coaching, and training that helps collision centers improve repair quality, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This is a highly visible, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing change, and helping businesses succeed.

Playing our part right from the start. Back in 2000, OEMs were facing a huge hurdle selling parts into dealerships, mechanical shops, and collision shops. Every transaction was handled manually, either by phone or fax, which left the market desperate for a faster, more efficient way to do business. That’s when four major auto players – GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Bell & Howell (now Snap-on Business Solutions) – formed OEC.
