The project:

This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Establish and maintain secondary control and provide accurate dimensional control for contractor works.
• Support inspections and collate quality records to enable verification of construction activities.
• Review design information against onsite works to build technical understanding and ensure alignment.
• Maintain a detailed site diary to record daily activities and progress.
• Build strong working relationships and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute to low‑carbon delivery by identifying and managing carbon impacts throughout project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with over 5 years experience.
• Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships within project teams.
• Class 1 Supervision Certificate ideal; Class 2 acceptable, with strong understanding of construction methods, basic engineering principles, and discipline interfaces.
• Working toward a recognized civil engineering qualification or appropriate professional membership.
