As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices.
- Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to materials management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
