As our IT Coordinator Centro America y el Caribe, you’ll be the go-to expert, connector, and problem-solver, reporting directly to the Area General Manager and working closely with teams across one or more sites.
This isn’t just a technical role it’s a strategic one. You’ll act as a liaison and change agent between our Global Information Management team and local operations, ensuring that global solutions are tailored to meet local business needs and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll wear many hats: consultant, coordinator, troubleshooter, and trusted advisor. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
This role is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid model: 6 days per month in the office.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+10 years of experience in IT, including over 5 years in project management, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement.
Good understanding of ICT Services and solutions
Knowledge of IT Systems and Applications
Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations
Experience in network management, IT Service Management, Data Security Management, Cyber Security
Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Customer-centric approach
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates independence, proactiveness and adaptability.
Reporting and analyzing skills.
Skilled in relationship management, collaboration, and delivering presentations.
