The Pre-Sales Engineer acts as the primary technical contact for TD SYNNEX products, providing field support and resolving complex technical issues during the pre-sales phase. They are responsible for designing technical strategies, advising clients on product configurations, and facilitating knowledge transfer to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Candidates must have 6-9 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 4-7 years with a postgraduate degree. The role requires advanced technical knowledge, active certifications in 3-4 brands, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
