Ensure transactions comply with applicable healthcare regulations, including AKS, Stark Law, HIPAA, Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM), and antitrust requirements.
Prepare executive, Board, and investor presentations while managing transaction timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful deal execution.

Physician Relationship Management

Serve as the executive relationship owner for physician partners throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from initial engagement through integration.
Build trusted partnerships with physicians by understanding their strategic, financial, and operational objectives and communicating Allergy Partners' physician value proposition.
Collaborate with executive leadership on physician alignment strategies, including compensation models, employment agreements, equity participation, leadership opportunities, and long-term engagement.

Integration & Growth Enablement

Co-lead post-acquisition integration efforts with Operations, developing Day 1, Day 100, and long-term integration plans.
Establish and monitor synergy targets and key performance indicators, including revenue growth, operational efficiencies, referral expansion, patient access, physician retention, and employee engagement.
Champion physician-centered change management that preserves organizational culture, patient care quality, and local market reputation.
Evaluate de novo expansion, tuck-in acquisitions, and strategic partnerships that strengthen referral networks and support long-term organizational growth.

Executive Leadership

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on business development, market opportunities, and enterprise growth strategy.
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for investments and expansion opportunities.
Foster collaboration across Finance, Legal, Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, IT, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and other functional areas to support successful growth initiatives.
