This role works closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify schedule risks, and provide clear reporting that supports efficient execution and informed decision-making.

About the Role:
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules to support planning, execution, and timely project delivery
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedule activities, milestones, and dependencies
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and provide regular updates, reports, and schedule analysis
Identify scheduling risks, delays, and critical path issues, and support recovery planning to keep projects on track
Support resource planning, sequencing, and work packaging to improve project efficiency and delivery visibility
Review project scope, timelines, and execution plans to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives
Maintain strong schedule governance through reporting, documentation control, and change tracking
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to support informed decision-making and effective project coordination
About You:
5+ years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or project coordination within construction, engineering, or infrastructure environments
Proven experience developing and managing project schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, schedule logic, critical path analysis, and progress measurement
Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other relevant project controls systems
Ability to analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and communicate recovery actions clearly to project teams
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients
High attention to detail, strong organizational capability, and confidence working in fast-paced project environments
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred
