Responsible for the construction management of elevators and escalators from installation to handover. This includes planning, managing schedules, quality, safety, and budgets while coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
Requires construction management experience in equipment, electrical, or mechanical fields, with a preference for those experienced in elevator work. Possession of a 1st or 2nd class Construction Management Engineer certification is highly valued.

・下請け施工業者、サプライヤー、顧客、エンドユーザーなど多くの社外関係者と関わることができる。

現場の工程・品質・安全・予算管理
元請・協力会社との打ち合わせ
現場での施工指示・調整
竣工検査および引き渡し業務
建設現場での施工管理経験（設備・電気・機械いずれか）
昇降機工事経験者歓迎
施工管理技士（1級・2級）保有者は優遇

勤務時間：08時45分〜17時30分
時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）
36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）
賃金：206,000 円〜400,000 円（月額）
昇給あり：昇給率 1月あたり4.3％（前年度実績）
賞与あり：賞与月数 計6.39ヶ月分（前年度実績）
