The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services across multiple early learning centres. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
The successful candidate will be requires to cover centres in Canberra and Woolongong.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide repairs and maintenance services for your Goodstart Early Learning centres.
Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling
To be considered for this role you will have / be:
Proven work experience in a similar role
Trade qualification in Carpentry, or similar field
Valid driver’s licence
Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade – Preferred
The position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check
