The Mitigation Estimator assesses property damage from water, fire, and mold to develop accurate scopes of work and detailed estimates. They manage relationships with property owners and insurance representatives to ensure seamless restoration and remediation projects.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in restoration estimating or insurance adjusting and a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree in construction management or business is preferred, along with proficiency in industry-standard estimating software.
