岗位职责：
1.    根据工厂物料需求及出货计划及时安排进出口单证制作和检查，确保进出口单证的准确性和合规性。 
2.    申请进出口过程中所需的各类证书或许可证。 
3.    应对和解决通关事务中各类突发问题，以及与海关的良好沟通。
4.    与货代、客户、计划、仓库、生产等部门保持良好沟通，跟踪货物的运输情况，确保货物的准时提货和到货。 
5.    国内/国际运输业务异常情况的协调解决。对承运商/报关行的KPI考核，对于异常物流情况进行分析及采取改进措施。
6.    运费业务： 国际运费计算与分析 运费成本控制与优化 每月审核货运代理账单，确保费用（海运费、空运费、附加费、报关费、本地杂费等）的准确性和合理性，识别并处理异常费用 整理和核对运费相关单据，确保符合财务要求、审计规范和海关合规要求 协调安排运费的及时、准确支付

职位要求：
1.    大专以上学历 
2.    国际贸易、物流专业等相关专业优先
3.    熟悉海关法律法规，进出口流程及国际贸易规则
4.    熟悉清关、税则归类（HS code）及关税测算
5.    了解国际运输方式（海运、空运、卡车、快递等）及费用控制
6.    3年以上进出口相关工作经验
7.    能熟练应用办公软件，尤其EXCEL 办公软件，如有数字化经验优先
8.    良好的协调沟通能力及分析解决问题能力
9.    富有责任心和团队合作精神
