You will lead a team responsible for the telephone intake and system entry of motor vehicle claims while ensuring efficient damage control. Additionally, you will act as a key interface between agencies and brokers while fostering the professional development of your team members.
Candidates must have a completed insurance-specific vocational training or be willing to undergo further qualification according to IDD standards. Experience in telephone service provision and initial experience in claims handling are highly desired.
