Provide operational support in managing and analyzing underwriting requests, focusing on financial information and risk assessment for Surety bonds. Responsibilities include managing renewals, conducting internal audits, and supporting the commercial force in business strategy.
Requires a university degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields with 3-4 years of experience in the insurance industry. Candidates must possess intermediate Excel skills and a basic level of English.
Tu objetivo será aportar desde su experiencia al equipo de suscripción, con el fin de mantener un portafolio rentable para Lineas Financieras en Centroamerica y en Colombia, así como ser parte del desarrollo y fortalecimiento de la estrategia de la operación fuera del territorio de la línea de negocio, de marine y liability.
• Suscripción de riesgos asignados, según las guías de suscripción y los procesos definidos por Zurich.
• Hacer seguimiento permanente a las renovaciones y negocios nuevos a su cargo.
• Dar respuesta a clientes internos y externos dentro de los tiempos acordados.
• Hacer las auditorías internas entre los pares asignadas cada mes, dentro de los plazos definidos.
• Acompañamiento a la fuerza comercial y los intermediarios en el desarrollo de la estrategia de la línea de negocio.
• Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento a la estrategia de OOT
• Cumplimiento de KPIs
