This role sits at the heart of that launch, leading a newly formed team of Claims Advisors and shaping how we deliver a modern, digital-first home claims experience.
As a Claims Team Leader for personal home insurance, you’ll lead performance, support your team to thrive, and ensure every customer interaction reflects empathy, clarity and care. You’ll play a key role in embedding new ways of working, lifting capability, and delivering strong outcomes for customers, people and the business during this exciting phase of growth.
