The Loan Specialist will guide customers through the online loan application process and perform outbound calls to verify application details. They are also responsible for reviewing credit, making underwriting decisions, and maintaining accurate documentation in the loan origination system.
Candidates should have a background in lending, customer service, or general business, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment are essential for success.
