The EU & UK Onboarding Experience team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us redefine the onboarding experience for our European and UK customers. We're building a convenient and scalable onboarding journey that empowers hundreds of thousands of customers while staying fully aligned with local regulatory standards.
Our mission is to make the onboarding journey for personal and business customers effortless and frustration-free. By building custom flows and collecting only essential information, we streamline the process while building robust defenses against financial crime. This allows us to scale Europe smarter, not harder. We're automating information collection and review to accelerate onboarding for our customers and enable the company to grow seamlessly without needing to expand our servicing teams proportionally.
