The production operator is responsible for ensuring quality-approved products are packaged by operating extrusion or injection molding machines. They must also perform inspection, trimming, assembly, and documentation tasks to maintain efficient production cycles.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for 12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot environments.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to ensure only quality-approved product is packaged for the customer. This includes extrusion or injection molding, weathering, trimming, inspection, and packing. The goal will be to help keep the extrusion lines running or the molding machines running continuously and efficiently while producing a product that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations.
