The incumbent is responsible for the optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the site's electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems. They serve as the primary technical consultant for electrical projects, overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in a functional electrical engineering role. Proficiency in electrical systems, PLC hardware, and the ability to perform physical tasks in an industrial environment are required.
Responsible for providing electrical engineering expertise to support the site’s electrical infrastructure through optimization, troubleshooting, project management, design, installation, commissioning, start-up, and validation skills. Efforts focus on providing long term support for the operation and maintenance of existing facilities with respect to the electrical power generation and distribution systems. The incumbent serves as the owner of the electrical systems and the electrical business process.

$110,000 - $140,000 per year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The pay range is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, and skillset. Westlake is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, sign on payments, and other forms of compensation may be offered as part of a total compensation package (also to include a full range of medical and other benefits).
