The Solution Architect will drive DevOps and platform engineering adoption across the Risk and Compliance technology ecosystem to modernize CI/CD and infrastructure capabilities. They are responsible for designing scalable cloud solutions, establishing release governance, and providing technical leadership for platform automation initiatives.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering, with at least 4 years in an architect or lead role. Strong expertise in AWS, CI/CD pipeline architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code, and observability tools is required for this role.
As a Solution Architect, DevOps & Release Management, within the Risk and Compliance team based in Pune,. You will play a critical role in driving the DevOps and platform engineering adoption across the Risk & Compliance technology ecosystem. You will partner closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Product, and Enterprise Architecture teams to modernize CI/CD capabilities, advance Infrastructure-as-Code adoption, strengthen observability and operational readiness, and establish best-in-class release management practices. You will be responsible for architecting cloud and hybrid platform release solutions that enhance developer productivity, improve deployment reliability, and ensure governance standards are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
