The Asset Surveyor is responsible for conducting stock condition surveys, property inspections, and health and safety assessments across a broad range of properties. They will also manage disrepair cases, monitor repairs, and produce technical documentation for work specifications and tenders.
Candidates must hold a qualification such as AssocRICS, MRICS, CIOB, Degree, HND, or HNC in Surveying. Additionally, a full valid UK driving licence is required as the role involves driving on company business.

We are seeking an Asset Surveyor to join our team based in Torbay Area. The role falls within our Property Services department who are responsible for delivering high quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK. As an Asset Surveyor you will be responsible for delivering quality surveying and capital investment services that respond to customer, organisational and financial needs within regulatory requirements.
