Coordinate and monitor the resolution of outstanding planned repairs to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet required timescales and compliance policies.
Requires recent experience in administrative support and responsive maintenance processes, including the ability to analyze statistical information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Housing and Repairs Management Systems like SAP or FSM is expected.

Works Coordinator
Ipswich based with a balance of home and office working
£32,762 - £34,486 per year
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are looking for a Works Coordinator to join our Planned Repairs team based in Ipswich. In this role you will coordinate and monitor the resolution of outstanding works, ensuring a high level of performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring any requirements from the Housing Ombudsman or Group Complaints policies and procedures are adhered to.
