Perform general building repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and glazing, on empty social housing properties. Manage van stock levels and provide out-of-hours emergency cover via a call-out rota.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core trade. Specific certifications are required for plumbing roles, and original proof of qualifications must be provided.

Multi-Trade Operative
Salisbury – covering the South West
£35,579 - £37,452 per year
40 hours per week
We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team based in Salisbury but can reside anywhere from Portsmouth to Shepton Mallet. Covering different sites across the South West you will be covering all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance on empty properties and duties include carpentry, plumbing, glazing and painting and decorating. The team also carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks.
The role will include lone and team working, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed.
