Job Description
This role is critical to growing Visa's fintech and digital banking business in Thailand. As Visa's commercial leader across a portfolio of strategic fintech and digital banking clients, the Director will help shape long-term partnerships, elevate executive engagement, expand adoption of Visa's solutions, and translate changes in the payments landscape into meaningful commercial opportunities for both clients and Visa.
What’s it all about?
This role is directly responsible for the end-to-end leadership, strategic account management and revenue of a diverse portfolio of local Fintechs and Digital Banks including the line management of another Visa account executive. The position is focused on driving great client outcomes and diversifying the business via Value-Added Services and Commercial & Money Movement Solutions through identifying, structuring and executing growth opportunities while expanding Visa’s share of wallet across the fintech and digital banking ecosystem.
Success in this role requires extensive knowledge of payments combined with a passion for innovation, strong communication and influencing skills, and a targeted focus on driving revenue growth and business outcomes for Visa and our clients. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role currently manages one direct Account Executive.
