The Operations Manager oversees daily club functions, manages the back office and front-desk teams, and ensures brand standards are met. They are responsible for hitting monthly revenue goals, managing inventory, and maintaining facility organization.
Previous management experience is required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Health & Fitness or Hospitality. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and be proficient in supervising POS operations.
