The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, safety inspections, and technical repair of fitness equipment and facility systems. They also manage the procurement of repair parts and coordinate with vendors to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates must have previous maintenance experience in a gym or health club setting and a High School Diploma or GED. Essential technical knowledge includes HVAC, electrical systems, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.
