The Senior Case Manager will negotiate settlement demands with insurance carriers under attorney supervision and manage settlement-related case activities. They are responsible for reviewing medical records, bills, and liens while maintaining accurate case documentation in Litify.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in negotiating bodily injury claims and experience with case management software like Litify or Salesforce is required.
