Yourresponsibilities
Develop and execute theMarketing strategy to drive brand growthand profitability
Lead brand management, including product portfolio, innovation, and product launchestogether with your team
Plan, implement, andoptimizeintegratedMarketing campaigns across all relevant channels– for Retail and Foodservice
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance toidentifygrowth opportunities
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI
Collaborate closely with Sales,Category Development, Product Development, and other cross-functional teamslocally and within the EU-scope
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, including performance management, talent development, and resource planning
Ensure all marketing activitiescomply withcompany policies, legal requirements, and brand standards
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
Extensive years ofmarketing experience,notnecessarily only from within theFMCG industry, but also other industries or fromastart-up environment,howeverwithin a comparable leading role
Provenexpertisein brand management and integrated marketingthroughout these years
Experience leading and developing high-performing teamscombined with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Commercial mindset with budget and KPI management experienceand excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
