In brief, youare responsible for:
Champion and lead productivity strategy agenda within BU, includingintegrated planning with annual business cycles (3-year plan, 1-year plan) andproductivity target setting linkedchanges in procurement and operations cost base and desiredportfoliomargin performance.
Lead cross-functional teamstobuild, launch, and successfully deliver portfolio productivity projectpipeline(value engineering, PPA, CMA,in/out-sourcing, etc.).
Partner with BU CFO officeand central FP&A team(s) toembedandmaintainroutineend-to-endproductivityforecasting andreportingvia monthly [BU] business cycles/routines.
Lead productivity reporting/review routine with central (regional) stakeholder leadership team and functional teams (Procurement, Operations)to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Maintain holistic visibility of in-year and future productivity pipelineat both BU andPlatform (finished good category) level.
Proactively partner with relevant stakeholders, central finance, and growth office PMO to report on end-to-end portfolio performance
Co-lead AOP cycle toset and supportproductivitycomponentof portfolio/category performancein partnership withBU CFO office, category finance teams, and portfolio GMs.
As necessary, lead ad-hoc internal/external assessments todetermineportfolio margin competitiveness.
Extensive project/program management experience in a large, matrixed organization
5-8yearswork experience in FMCG.
Strongunderstanding of P&Lstructure and drivers
Strong understanding ofoperational projects
Expert collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset and ability to simplify the complex, with clear storytelling to executive level
Expert ability in Microsoft office(particularly Excel, PowerPoint)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
