Als Talent Acquisition Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van geschikt talent voor onze organisatie, met bijzondere aandacht voor technische profielen en operators. Naast de reguliere recruitmenttaken (sourcing, screenings, interviews en overdracht naar de hiring managers & HR) ontwikkel en voer je actieve, niet traditionele wervingskanalen uit – bijvoorbeeld via samenwerkingen met MBO scholen, technische opleidingen, praktijkdagen en lokale initiatieven – om nieuwe talentpijplijnen te openen. Je werkt end to end in het recruitmentproces, ondersteunt Employer Branding activiteiten en zorgt voor duidelijke rapportage en opvolging richting management en hiring managers.
Beheren van het complete recruitmentproces voor toegewezen vacatures: intake met hiring manager, opstellen/actualiseren van functieprofielen, vacaturepublicatie, screening, planning en coördinatie van interviews, aanbod en overdracht;
Verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van Early Careers, zoals het GMT-traineeship, en voor de planning en organisatie van live- en online-evenementen en carrièrebeurzen voor deze doelgroep;
Ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van alternatieve wervingskanalen voor technische medewerkers en operators (bijv. samenwerkingen met MBO’s, stages/leerwerktrajecten, lokale praktijkdagen, community events, partnerships met opleidingsinstituten en regionale overheden);
Actief relatiebeheer met scholen, opleidingscentra en relevante partners; organiseren en vertegenwoordigen bij wervings- en loopbaanevenementen;
Coördinatie en afstemming met externe partners (RPO’s, uitzendbureaus) vanaf intake tot short list en interviewplanning; bewaken van kwaliteit en diversiteit;
Uitvoeren van employer branding activiteiten gericht op technische doelgroepen en ondersteunen van campagnes die onze zichtbaarheid vergroten;
Opzetten en bijhouden van TA dashboard en recruitmentrapportages; monitoren en rapporteren van KPI’s en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen;
Zorgen voor interne zichtbaarheid van openstaande functies en samenwerken met HR/Talent Development voor interne mobiliteit en opvolgingsplanning;
Bewaken en ondersteunen van diversiteit en inclusie principes binnen het recruitmentproces.
Afgeronde HBO opleiding in HR of een verwante richting (of aantoonbaar vergelijkbare ervaring);
1–3 jaar ervaring in recruitment; ervaring met technische profielen of operators is een pré;
Ervaring of aantoonbare interesse in het opzetten van samenwerkingen met onderwijsinstellingen en alternatieve sourcingkanalen;
Vloeiend Nederlands; goede beheersing van Engels (minimaal B2);
Ervaring met HR systemen (bijv. Workday of vergelijkbaar) en met gegevensanalyse en rapportages.
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
Proactief, hands on en resultaatgericht; comfortabel met zelfstandig werken;
Creatief in het bedenken en uitvoeren van nieuwe wervingsinitiatieven;
Betrouwbaar en discreet in omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie;
Teamspeler met goede stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden op alle niveaus.
