Monitors patient's progress and reports outcomes.
Completes and processes all required documentation in a comprehensive and
objective manner.
Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications:
Current, valid, unrestricted license as an LPN issued by the Arizona State
Board of Nursing or issued by a participating Compact State.
Current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of
Nursing.
Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
Current, completed First Aid Certification.
Minimum
one year of past work experience in this position.
