Develop and execute a customer-centric education and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy to drive business growth in the Benelux region. Manage academic partnerships, internal product training, and collaborations with the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the healthcare or medical device industry. Must possess strong communication skills and experience in managing education programs and KOL relationships.

The T&E Manager Benelux is responsible for developing and executing a customer-centric education and KOL strategy that supports business growth across the full customer journey. This includes ensuring that education, KOL engagement, partnerships, and a strategic approach to university collaboration are fully aligned with commercial priorities to drive customer acquisition, development, and loyalty.
The role acts as the central point for education excellence, KOL strategy, speaker management, and university partnerships in Benelux, with co-ownership for developing and managing relationships with key academic institutions. The role works closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing and Sales teams, global stakeholders, and external partners — including close collaboration with the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
