INSIDE SALES – WHAT IS IT?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business through outbound calling, B2B prospecting, and servicing existing accounts. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, maintain inventory levels, identify customer needs, and help grow sales within your territory.
You’ll also play a key role in reactivating inactive accounts and developing new business through cold calling and prospecting efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing daily service and sales activities for assigned accounts. This includes reactivating inactive customers, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue through outbound and inbound selling efforts. The role requires a strong focus on customer experience, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
