The L2 Systems Analyst provides expert-level remote management, administration, and support for Charles River IMS production solutions. Responsibilities include system configuration, performance tuning, software upgrades, and collaborating with clients to ensure optimal system availability.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline. Proficiency in database management (SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase) and experience with investment management or trading systems are highly preferred.
The L2 Systems Analyst is a client-facing, business and technical position responsible for all aspects of managing production of Charles River IMS systems clients as part of the Charles River Software as a Service (SaaS)/Managed Services offerings, including Application Management for hosted and non-hosted clients.
The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.
