Dans ce contexte de développement technique, nous recherchons un(e) Alternant(e) Technicien(ne) / Électrotechnique pour rejoindre nos équipes terrain en France et se former au métier de Technico-Commercial.
Votre mission
Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité en grande distribution (GMS) et possiblement sur d’autres secteurs, vous intervenez sur un rôle terrain combinant expertise technique et une approche commerciale.
L’objectif : vous former à devenir un Technicien Commercial confirmé, capable d’assurer le suivi technique des installations tout en identifiant des opportunités de développement commercial chez vos clients.
Vos responsabilités
Accompagné(e) par un manager expérimenté, vous serez progressivement amené(e) à :
Réaliser des visites techniques et commerciales auprès de nos clients GMS (Auchan, Monoprix, etc.)
Assurer la maintenance, le diagnostic et le remplacement d’équipements tels que des centrales de nettoyage, des appareils de dosage ou encore des distributeurs de savon.
Effectuer des audits d’hygiène et analyses terrain
Identifier les besoins clients et les opportunités de développement de gamme
Proposer des solutions adaptées et accompagner leur mise en place
Contribuer au suivi et à la satisfaction client
Vous bénéficierez d’une formation complète vous permettant de développer à la fois vos compétences techniques et commerciales, avec une montée en autonomie progressive.
Celle-ci sera théorique et pratique.
Formation :
Vous préparez impérativement un BTS Électrotechnique, un BTS Maintenance des Systèmes (MS), un BTS CIRA ou une formation équivalente axée sur la technique industrielle/maintenance.
Ce que nous recherchons avant tout :
Des bases techniques en électricité, mécanique et/ou fluides.
Une forte appétence pour le dépannage, le travail manuel et le diagnostic de pannes.
De la curiosité technique et un esprit logique face à la résolution de problèmes.
Un bon relationnel pour expliquer vos interventions techniques de manière pédagogique aux clients.
Pré-requis :
Permis B obligatoire (déplacements quotidiens).
Mobilité terrain.
